Yesterday at York Magistrates Court a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) was granted against Gary MADDISON (pictured) which is valid for 2 years prohibiting him from doing any of the following. Breaching these conditions is a criminal offence. He must not:-

1 Enter any premises from which he is banned from entering in writing.

2 Enter any of the following stores

CO-OP - Union Terrace

Sainsbury’s - Piccadilly & Micklegate, 

McDonalds - Blake Street

Tesco - Piccadilly

HMV – Coney Street

Café Nero – Kings Square

Primark – Coppergate

Flying Tiger – Coppergate. 

If sighted breaching any of the above conditions it will need reporting to the Police so he can be dealt with, this can be done on 101 or online via northyorkshire.police.uk or 999 if the behaviour is such it is a emergency.
