Dear residents, I have received an email making me aware that door to door sellers were active in the Pateley Bridge area yesterday in particular in the village of Bewerley. On this occasion the person was trying to sell cleaning products. Please be cautious as most of the people involved in this are not legitimate and will massively overcharge people for low value items. 

Please ring 101 if door to door sellers are active in your area. The police will make every attempt  to get to the area to check all door to door sellers
