A Theft of Motor Vehicle occurred between 30/10/2024 22:00 and 31/10/2024 07:02 at Stockton Lane , Stockton upon the Forest  YO32 9UE whereby a White BMW 3 series was stolen. Crime reference 12240198700 refers. 

This vehicle was subsequently recovered In Shiptonthorpe in Humberside. 

Recovered on the above stolen vehicle,  were number plates which relate to a Theft from a white Motor Vehicle which occurred between 01:00-01:30 on 01/11/2024, from Monkton Road York. Crime Reference 12240199758 refers

Around the same time was another attempted theft from motor vehicle which occurred from Birch Park, Huntingdon York between 01:00-01:30 on 01/11/2024 whereby an attempt has been made to steal number plates from a white vehicle. Crime reference 12240199407

Please can residents check their CCTV for any footage for around this time to see if any suspects have been captured on CCTV. Particularly around car parks or parking spaces.
