Burglary Appeal - Northallerton

Important Message – Please do not ignore

Police are investigating a burglary in your area that occurred on Monday 10th December 2024 sometime between the hours of 21:20hrs and 21:45hrs on Hilton Green, Brompton, Northallerton.

Do you have any information which would assist North Yorkshire Police in finding those responsible and help keep your community safe? 

 

  • Did you or anyone who you live with, hear or see anything around the above time and date? 
  • Do you have any CCTV or Ring Door Bell coverage capturing the burglary, or anything happening on the street before or after? 
  • Do you have a vehicle with a dash-cam parked in the area? 
  • Have you found any discarded property outside your home?
  • Have you seen any unfamiliar vehicles in the area?
  • Have you seen anyone loitering in the area?

    Security Advice

     

             Ensure that all doors are locked overnight, and windows are locked or on a latch.

  • Remove any valuables from sight and it is advisable to keep house/cars key, wallets/purses, phones/laptops/tablets in the room where you sleep.
  • Consider fitting a security light to the side of your property. 
  • Consider CCTV or Ring Door Bell.
