Myself and 5512 attended Upper Wharfedale School earlier this week during their lunch break to engage with the local children and build up positive relationships with them. 

We began doing this just before Christmas and it has already been a great success with the pupils and teachers. 

We will be doing this once a month so that we can continue building a great rapport with the children. 

Other officers in the area will also be attending many of the local schools over the next few months doing similar talks and patrols.
