Police have become aware of a new scam whereby people are receiving a text on their mobile phones which reads as below;

Dear Customer,

We regret to inform you that your Royal Mail Parcel cannot be delivered due to missing or damaged address information. To ensure prompt delivery, please update your details by following link below.

Instructions:

Reply with Y to this message. Exit and reopen the message or copy and paste the link into your browser. Please update your information within 12 hours to avoid further delays.
