Burglary/Criminal Damage Appeal

Important Message – Please do not ignore

 

Police are investigating a burglary/criminal damage in your area that occurred sometime between the hours of 23:00hrs on 10th May 2025 and 04:30hrs on 11th May 2025 on De Lacy Road, Northallerton.

A window has been cracked and the frame is loose, No Entry has been gained into the property.

 

Do you have any information which would assist North Yorkshire Police in finding those responsible and help keep your community safe? 

 

  • Did you or anyone who you live with, hear or see anything around the above time and date? 
  • Do you have any CCTV or Ring Door Bell coverage capturing the burglary, or anything happening on the street before or after? 
  • Do you have a vehicle with a dash-cam parked in the area? 
  • Have you seen anyone loitering in the area or unfamiliar vehicles?

  • Ensure that all doors are locked overnight, and windows are locked or on a latch.
  • Remove any valuables from sight and it is advisable to keep house/cars key, wallets/purses, phones/laptops/tablets in the room where you sleep.
  • Consider fitting a security light to the side of your property.
