We have received 2 reports this morning from members of the public living in and around the Catterick Garrison Area.  Both have reported very similar incidents whereby they have received a phone call on their landline from someone claiming to be from the Police.  

The caller states that they are contacting them because someone has used their bank card at Tesco and taken out money, 1 caller states that he is 4108 DC Johnstone.  They were told to put the phone down and phone 999 however, both members of the public have realised that the call is a scam and ended the calls.
