Police are investigating an incident of theft by finding ,a motor vehicle left the carpark of summerset terrace Scarborough  ,the male driver left a Samsung ultra-mobile phone ,in violet on the roof of the vehicle on the 25th May 25  the incident occurred  between 1720hours and 1745hours
