We are investigating an incident which has been reported to us which happened at 2200hrs on Wednesday 4th March 2026 on Cawthorn Avenue Harrogate.

2 males aged around 20 wearing black trousers and hoodies have drawn an offensive sign on a parked vehicle. They headed on foot towards St Andrews Avenue Harrogate.
