Bike marking events near you

Dear Resident,

As the weather continues to improve, we know many people will be using their bikes more frequently for both travel and leisure. With this in mind, your local Neighbourhood Policing Team will be holding a series of bike‑marking events.

We strongly recommend having your bike marked and registered. This helps deter theft and greatly increases the chances of your bike being returned to you if it is ever lost or stolen.

We will be hosting the following events within the Acomb area:

Acomb Front St, York

• St Barnabus Church  10:00AM - 12:00PM, Sat 30 May 2026

 St Barnabus Church, Jubilee Terrace, Leeman Rd, York

 Poppleton Community Centre, Main St, Nether Poppleton, York
