We’re appealing for information following the theft of a moped from Esplanade Car Park in York between 12:30pm and 7:30pm on Wednesday 1st April 2026. The moped (pictured below) is a black Kymco Agility 50 with the registration number CE69 OYM. It was also fitted with a black top box at the time of the theft.
