Please ensure that vehicles are parked: Legally and considerately
Without blocking driveways, dropped kerbs, or access points
In a way that allows safe passage for emergency vehicles, refuse collection, and pedestrians
Many streets in The Groves are narrow, and poor parking can cause significant inconvenience to residents and service vehicles. 🔒 Gated Alleyways – No Parking or Obstruction
Gated alleyways are not parking spaces and must be kept clear at all times. These alleyways are: For resident access only
Used for wheelie bins, cycles, and maintenance access
Essential for emergency and utility services
Parking in, blocking, or obstructing gated alleys can: Prevent residents from accessing their properties
Create fire and safety risks
Result in enforcement action or vehicle removal where applicable
