North Yorkshire Police – Community Update

Officers have made significant progress in an ongoing investigation into a series of burglaries in the Northallerton area.

You may have read my email from yesterday whereby four individuals have been arrested in connection with these offences. As part of this investigation, officers carried out a search at one of the suspects’ addresses. During this search, a fifth individual was arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

All arrests form part of our continued efforts to tackle acquisitive crime and associated criminality in the area. Enquiries remain ongoing, and we are working to establish the full circumstances surrounding these offences.

We understand the impact that burglary and drug-related activity can have on our communities, and we remain committed to protecting residents and bringing offenders to justice.
