Some good news!!

You may remember that I sent out a message earlier this week regarding keyless car thefts. This followed two vehicles being stolen locally using this method.  At the time, North Yorkshire Police were not aware that Humberside had also had a vehicle taken in the same manner.

In total, three vehicles were stolen on the same night.  Thanks to effective teamwork between both forces, along with some proactive and innovative policing, we have successfully recovered two of the three stolen vehicles.  We are continuing to work together, with support from the manufacturer, to locate the third.

Arrests have been made and investigations are ongoing.  If you have any information that could assist, please make contact with us or Humberside Police.
