🚫 Illegal Weapons in the Home Under the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, it is now illegal to possess certain weapons in private places, including your home. These include: Telescopic truncheons / batons
⚖️ Penalties:
“JOINT ENTERPRISE” - You can be prosecuted under this law if you are present when someone is injured or killed by a knife. Even if you did not commit the act itself, you can be seen as equally guilty of someone's death because you were part of it, encouraged it, or didn't try to stop it from happening.
