😎 The weather is looking good for this bank holiday weekend and into next week across North Yorkshire, if you’re heading out to enjoy our beautiful countryside, please remember to be wildfire aware.

In dry conditions, fires can start easily and spread rapidly, putting our moorlands, wildlife, habitats and nearby communities at serious risk.

If you’re planning a visit please remember: 

❎No BBQs or open fires

🚭Dispose of cigarettes safely

🚯Take all litter home , especially glass bottles

Know your location, use what3words if needed

📱If you see smoke or flames, move to safety and call 999
